Our Story

Founded in 2022 by Jeremy Copenhaver, AerialFlix was created with a vision to revolutionize how aerial content is captured and experienced. With a strong passion for flight and creative storytelling, Jeremy launched the company to blend cutting-edge First Person View drone technology with cinematic visuals that leave a lasting impression.

Since then, AerialFlix has produced hundreds of videos for athletes, entertainment venues, and businesses of all sizes across the United States. “Our mission is to deliver eye-catching, unmatched aerial cinematography that captures attention and showcases environments in ways never seen before”. With experience flying across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico, our team brings precision, creativity, and professionalism to every project—redefining what’s possible with aerial media.

  • Jeremy Copenhaver

    Founder | Lead Pilot

    A lifelong aviation enthusiast who discovered his passion for drones nearly two decades ago and has been flying ever since. With 18 years of hands-on drone experience, Jeremy has flown missions across the United States, Canada, and Mexico—specializing in high-impact aerial cinematography and dynamic FPV operations.

    He holds a Bachelor of Science in Unmanned Aircraft Systems and a Master’s in Unmanned Systems Program Development from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, the world’s leading aviation and aerospace institution. Driven by a vision to elevate visual storytelling through drone technology, Jeremy founded AerialFlix to blend precision flight with creative cinematography. Today, he leads the company as its chief pilot and director, bringing deep technical knowledge, creative vision, and a commitment to safe, professional flight operations to every project.

  • Brody Copenhaver

    Operations Director

    As the Operations Director of AerialFlix, Brody ensures every production runs seamlessly from pre-flight to final delivery. With a strong background in content creation, Brody brings a creative mindset to every shoot—offering fresh ideas and a sharp eye for what looks great on camera. He’s not just the one keeping things on schedule; he’s also the one spotting unique angles and helping elevate the visual storytelling. Whether coordinating large commercial campaigns or fast-paced FPV shoots, Brody blends logistics and creativity to help AerialFlix deliver stand-out results every time.

  • Kyle Zier

    Pilot | Data Processor

    Kyle brings over 10 years of experience in real estate photography and professional drone operations. His expertise spans detailed inspections of commercial and high-rise buildings, including roofs and facades, as well as powerline and energy distribution inspections and mapping. Kyle also specializes in capturing high-quality before-and-after visuals for construction projects, providing impactful content for marketing, documentation, and client presentations.
